Freezer is at the front of the building, right-hand side next to ice freezer. Please respect the private business. 

Please remember to close freezer door completely. 

Please provide all information on head tags or sample bag, attach tag to head, place in provided trash bag, and deposit in freezer. Follow instructions on IDFG signage at site. 

Samples with incomplete or illegible information may be deemed untestable.

This location is established to collect your Idaho samples to test for Chronic Wasting Disease.

CWD sample collection at this site is available between September 29 to January 15. Self-collected lymph nodes or heads are accepted at this location.
