The 2025 nonresident deer and elk tag sale will be held on Dec. 10 this year. Because of high volume of sales, there are important details that both residents and nonresidents will need to know.
The change is intended to allow residents to conveniently buy licenses and permits in early in December so they can have them by Jan. 1, and keeping resident and nonresident license and tags sales efficient during a busy month.
