From the town of Baker (10 miles south of Salmon on Hwy 28) head east on Baker Road and turn right on Old Lemhi Road. Travel south on Old Lemhi Road for 1.7 miles to Pratt Creek Road and look for pheasant stocking signs.

Pheasant Hunters: You must sign-in and take a copy of the map detailing where pheasant hunting is and is not allowed.
Areas with stocked birds are popular and can experience high hunter use. Please be courteous to others you encounter.
The Upland Game Seasons and Rules brochure defines take of pheasant. Pheasant hunting here requires the following special requirements:
Shooting hours for upland game birds on Upland Game Bird Permit Release Areas are 10:00 am (local time) to one-half hour after sunset.
