From the junction of US Highway 93 and US Highway 28 in Salmon, travel south on Highway 28 for 0.5 miles and turn left on Old Lemhi Rd. Continue on Old Lemhi Rd for 2.2 miles and turn left on Kirtley Creek Rd. Look for the sign-in box located 200 yards up the Kirtley Creek Road (45.16637, -113.84001). You must sign in and take a copy of the map detailing where pheasant hunting is and is not allowed.
