Landowners allow the privilege of limited access to hunters who agree to their rules. Landowners do not receive compensation for participation.
Hunters gain the privilege of hunting access by registering for, agreeing to, and following the landowner's rules. Respecting the landowners rules is critical to the success of this program.
Idaho Fish and Game manages access to hunters on behalf of the landowner's rules. Fish and Game will interface with hunters, respond to questions about the property, and enforce the rules. Violators of the agreement can be charged with trespass, which could result in a loss of hunting and fishing privileges.
