This location is established to collect your Idaho samples to test for Chronic Wasting Disease.

CWD sample collection at this site is available between 8-30 to 12-1. Self-collected lymph nodes or heads are accepted at this location.

Follow instructions at the Idaho Fish and Game information center (i.e., chest freezer).

Freezer in front of building, available 24/7.

Staff available to assist during regular business hours.
