Decrease harvest rates in unit 31 hunts where opportunities were extended in an effort to move populations towards objectives. These hunts were intended to afford additional opportunity following the 2019 aerial survey, which indicated bull numbers were well above our objective range. High harvest rates during the past few years suggests that bull numbers have moved towards the objective range, so we wish to reduce harvest somewhat to ensure we do not move below our objective range. We are proposing to reduce tags in the antlered hunt and the two either-sex hunts, both of which were created in 2019.
