These properties are owned by the Bureau of Reclamation, but managed by Idaho Department of Fish and Game to maintain or improve wildlife habitat and provide hunting opportunities. Access to these parcels are by means of BLM roads via county roads (e.g., Middleton Rd., Emmett Rd. (Little Freezeout Rd.)) or by foot. Canal roads are private property and are not legal to travel.
