As the weather improves and temperatures warm, it’s fair to say that all Idahoan’s will be itching to get outside! Idaho Fish and Game’s Conservation Officers would like to remind those who will be enjoying Idaho’s outdoor spaces to be mindful of their trash and encourage all outdoor enthusiasts to leave our public spaces better than you found them.
Officers have seen an increase in the amount of litter at many public access sites over the last few years. In five short minutes of clean-up, Senior Conservation Officer Kayla Brauer from the Magic Valley Region collected a large amount of trash at a popular river access site.
