Submit a Big Game Record Application
Idaho Fish and Game maintains big game records to recognize record-size wild big game animals in Idaho.
Application requirements
- Prior to an official measurement, air dry the animal's skull, antlers, or horns for at least 60 days from harvest date. Game farm animals are not accepted.
- Have your trophy measured by an official Boone and Crockett Club or Pope and Young Club measurer.
- Download and complete the application below. Forms must include county and date of harvest/pickup.
- Email a completed application and score sheet to website@idfg.idaho.gov Attn: Big Game Record. Note: Please allow a few weeks for us to verify the information and publish to the website.
The minimum scores for entry into the Idaho Big Game Records are the same for archery, rifle, muzzleloader, air guns, and “picked-up” entries.
