Rare Plant Report 

Please submit your rare plant reports using the Idaho Rare Plant Observation Report form available in two formats. Updated report forms for 2024 have been uploaded below.

Please email the completed form to plant@idfg.idaho.gov 

Incidental plant observations may be reported using the Basic Observation form online. Or you may choose to use our Survey123 field form to collect observations in the field.
