Controlled Hunt Area 51: Hunt No. 2098, any weapon, antlerless hunt with 150 tags, shift season dates to Oct 16 – Nov 5.
Remove pressure on late season elk in December (give elk the hill in December) and currently no antlerless harvest/pressure on cows in October, this proposal would put pressure on cows during October.
