Hunting skills clinic set for Sept 14 at shooting range in Lapwai

Anyone with an interest in sighting in their rifle, trying different calibers of firearms or learning more about hunting opportunities in Idaho is welcome to attend.

If you loved the Hunt and Fish Idaho Expo, you'll be sure to enjoy the hunting skills clinic at the Lewis-Clark Wildlife Club (LCWC) range, 27007 Tom Beall road on Sat, Sept 14 starting at 8:30 a.m.  This event is free of charge and will be held in conjunction with LCWC 20th anniversary. The shooting range is located only 20 minutes from Lewiston! (See directions listed below).

Anyone with an interest in sighting in their rifle, trying different calibers of firearms or learning more about hunting opportunities in Idaho is welcome to attend. If you are new to hunting or if you are an experienced shooter, this event is for you. Bring the whole family and enjoy a day at the range! Thanks to Rosauers for donating hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch and a special thanks to Sportsman's Warehouse for donating prizes for the event. The Lewis-Clark Wildlife Club Range is located 15 miles SE of Lewiston on South Tom Beall Road.

HIGHWAY 95: From 1/2 mile North of Lapwai, follow the signs on South Tom Beall Road. The pavement turns to gravel at the 1.1 mile fork. Stay to the right. The range is on your left 4.3 miles from Highway 95.

HIGHWAY 12: From 1/2 mile East of Myrtle, follow Cottonwood Creek Road 6.0 miles to South Tom Beall Road. At 6.5 miles the pavement turns to gravel. The range is on your right at 9.3 miles from Highway 12.
