Fish & Game to Host 3D Archery Shoot in St. Anthony

Idaho Fish and Game is hosting a 3D archery shoot at the Sand Creek Wildlife Management Area. The course will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, August 24, at the WMA headquarters building, 2885 N. River Road, St. Anthony. The address can be misleading on some online maps, but it is easy to find if you cross the Fun Farm bridge heading North and take a right upon crossing the bridge. The road dead ends at the Sand Creek Headquarters. The course will have multiple 3D targets to shoot at with realistic shot scenarios, including from a tree stand, wooded areas and in the field. Most targets are field tip only, but some broadhead targets will be available for sighting in. This course is meant for all ages and skill levels. We will have several skills tests for more advanced archers and a beginners area set up for first timers.
