Fish & Game Commission to Meet in Idaho Falls

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will meet Monday August 11 at the Idaho Falls regional office at 4279 Commerce Circle. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Agenda items include season setting for sage grouse and waterfowl. The Commission will also consider modifying rules regarding unlimited controlled hunt applications and the Landowner Appreciation Program. Two new Commissioners will be introduced at the meeting; Pocatello real estate agent Lane Clezie and Meridian irrigation equipment wholesaler Blake Fischer. The meeting will include updates on the FY 2016 budget, legislative proposals, and a status report concerning wilderness predation management.
