Meeting agenda, instructions for submitting comments will be posted to F&G's website on April 29

Editor's Note: The agenda for the May 14 meeting has been posted, and here is more information about how to comment.

To allow continued public involvement during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in lieu of a public hearing, the Idaho Fish and Game Commission will take public comments via email for a seven-day period from April 29 through May 6 prior their teleconference meeting May 14.

Among items on the agenda, the Commission is scheduled to consider whether to proceed with rulemaking on two items that were brought forward by public petition: allowing lighted nocks for archery hunting and requiring signs posted near traps.

Email addresses will be provided prior to the seven-day period to receive comments related to each proposal. A third email address will be available for people to comment to the commission on anything else related to Fish and Game.

The agenda for the meeting will be posted by April 29, as will the email addresses to which people can submit comments.
