Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District (LOID) detected a relatively small quantity of an unknown substance on the ground above the high water line on the east side of Mann Lake Reservoir. This substance was believed to be dumped sometime during the evening hours of Thursday, May 7. To allow for cleanup of this material, the east access of Mann Lake will be closed until further notice. The west and north side will remain open to access. Please take precautions and do not enter the east side of Mann Lake.
