Comment Sought on Upland Game, Furbearer, Falconry and Turkey Seasons

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 upland game, furbearer and falconry seasons; and the 2010 and 2011 turkey seasons.
Interested hunters are encouraged to attend an open house meeting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, December 21, at the Clearwater Region Fish and Game office, 3316 16th Street in Lewiston.
Anyone unable to attend the open house can provide their comments by contacting Jay Crenshaw, regional wildlife manager at 208-799-5010. The deadline for submitting comments is December 30.
All written comments will be summarized and forwarded to the Idaho Fish and Game Commission for their consideration prior to setting the final season regulations.
