Big Game Meetings Scheduled in Southeast Idaho

Save the date! The southeast regional office of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game is getting ready to discuss the proposals for the 2014 hunting seasons for big game. To hear these proposals and for an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments, please join us at one of these scheduled meetings. - February 19: Blackfoot-- City Hall Council Chambers, 157 North Broadway - February 20: Pocatello - IDFG Office, 1345 Barton Road - February 24: Malad City- Senior Citizens Center, 26 North Main Street - February 25: Preston- Larsen-Sant Library, 109 South 1st East - February 26: Soda Springs- Senior Center, 60 South Main Street - February 27: Montpelier - Bear Lake Senior Center, 115 South 4th Street All meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. If you can't make it to one of the meetings, you will be able to view the proposals for big game seasons and submit comments via Fish and Game's website at fishandgame.idaho.gov sometime after February 17th. Copies of the proposals will also be available at the Fish and Game office in Pocatello at that time. Public comments and suggestions on these proposals are considered an essential part of the season setting process. All comments will be forwarded to the Idaho Fish and Game Commission for consideration at the commission meeting in late March.
