Ask Fish and Game: Controlled Hunt Results

Q. When will Fish and Game start posting deer, elk and pronghorn controlled hunt results on the Website? A. Winners of the first deer, elk, pronghorn, and fall bear drawing will be notified by July 10. Winners in the drawing will be mailed a postcard notification. It is, however, the responsibility of the hunter to find out if they were successful in drawing a controlled hunt permit. Results will also be available by July 10 on the Idaho Fish and Game Website at http://fishandgame.idaho.gov/. Hunters who were drawn must buy their tags by August 1 or the tags would be considered unclaimed.
