UPDATE, August 7th, 2013. Route 30, Baldy Mountain has been added to the BBS GIS dataset, see layer and file name below for location.
Breeding Bird Survey stops have been added to SDE under the names:

excerpt from metadata...this effort was to compile all BBS survey route stop data into one file. BBS participants willing to share their stop information emailed GPS waypoints, or mailed hard copy written coordinates. Coordinate system and datum were identifed from all waypoints which were then grouped by type and then projected into WGS84.
Of the 54 routes, 4 routes are not included:

#213 - Sunbeam
#214 - Iron Springs
#901 - Twin
