The Fish and Game Clearwater Region does not normally declare winter feeding emergencies and has never established a Winter Feeding Advisory Committee as per IC36-123. Because the Clearwater Region has so much backcountry, winter feeding operations would be very difficult to manage logistically.

Warmer weather continues in the Clearwater Region. No winter feeding is taking place in the region.
