Martin Landing, located northwest of Parma off Scott Pit Road, is open for day use activities, including fishing for smallmouth bass, crappie and channel catfish. However, the campground at Martin Landing remains closed until further notice, in keeping with Idaho’s COVID-19 guidelines.
Martin Landing’s campground usually opens in mid-April, but this year is anything but usual.
The campground at Martin Landing is managed under a collaborative partnership between the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and Canyon County Parks and Waterways. For public safety, Governor Little’s Idaho Rebounds plan is being closely followed, and will dictate when Martin Landing’s campground will open. Should the Idaho Rebounds plan stay on track, users could see Martin Landing’s campground open by June 1. Watch for future updates.
