The Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest with the assistance of Idaho Fish and Game and various agency staff have been working on updating the future forest management direction. The draft revised forest plan and environmental impact statement (DEIS) is now available for public comment.
We encourage sportsmen and women to take advantage of this opportunity to review the plan and provide input. Formal comment period runs until March 19, 2020. Comments may be submitted at: http://bit.ly/NezClearFPRComments.
We also encourage you to attend an open house event on the Forest Plan Revision where information will be provided on the process.
