Due to forecasted cold weather this week, replacement of the new vault on the toilet at Kid’s Creek Pond has been delayed.
Stoddard Construction of Salmon will remove the old vault and Missoula Concrete will install the new concrete vault as soon as condition allow.
Once construction begins, work crews will take steps to avoid disturbing fishing activities, but the majority of the parking lot will be closed for heavy equipment. Anglers can still access the area, but are encourage to park along Bean Lane and walk to site. A Port-A-Potty will be available on site.
