Bull elk shot and left to waste near Dingle in Bear Lake County

Sometime before 10 PM on March 4, a bull elk was shot twice approximately 30 yards off of the Dingle Pond road, in Dingle in Bear Lake County.  The elk only traveled 20 yards before it died from its wounds.

Water visibility will be impacted downstream for a few days and a rain/snow mix is forecasted over the weekend, which may prolong reduced water visibility.
