Super Hunt winners announced

Winners in the second of two Idaho Super Hunt drawings have been picked. Of the 17,148 entries, 5,510 were for two deer tags, 4,861 were for two elk tags, 1,067 were for two pronghorn tags, 2,879 were for one moose tag, and 2,831 entries were for one Super Hunt Combo, which includes a tag for each of the four species. For the first time in the Super Hunt drawings, all eight winners were from Idaho. All winners have been contacted. State law prohibits Fish and Game from releasing the names of the winners. Super Hunt winners can participate in any open hunt in the state for deer, elk, pronghorn or moose with a tag for that species, including general hunts and controlled hunts. Super Hunt tags are in addition to other tags. Over $142,500 was raised in this Super Hunt drawing. Proceeds support the Access Yes! Program, which supports landowners who provide hunter and angler access to or across private land.
