Commission to Meet in Lewiston May 19 and 20

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will meet Tuesday and Wednesday, May 19 and 20 in Lewiston. A public hearing will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 19 at Fish and Game's Clearwater Region office, 3316 16th Street. Members of the public who want to address the commission on any topic having to do with Fish and Game business may do so at the public hearing. All testimony will be taken into consideration when the commission makes decisions on agenda items at the regular meeting. Regular business will begin at 8 a.m. Wednesday, May 20. Routine agenda items include consideration of a Chinook salmon fishery on the upper Salmon and South Fork Salmon rivers, election of chairman and vice-chairman, Fiscal 2017 budget development, briefings on LAP, Depredation, Bonus Points and Auction tags, and nonbiological rules for all game animals.
