Jim Fredericks has worked for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game for nearly 30 years. He was raised near Moscow and attended the University of Idaho, earning an M.S. in Fishery Resources in 1994. He’s served the agency as a Fishery Biologist, Regional Fishery Manager, Chief of the Fisheries Bureau, and Deputy Director. 

Jon Rachael has worked for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game for 30 years. He earned a B.S. in Wildlife Science from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Wildlife Biology from the University of Montana. He has served the agency as a Wildlife Staff Biologist, Regional Wildlife Manager, State Wildlife Manager, Regional Supervisor, and most recently as Chief of the Wildlife Bureau.

Amber Worthington was born in Idaho and raised in Montana with a love of the outdoors. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Boise State University with a minor in Business in 1999. She has worked for the State of Idaho for 7 years, primarily for the Division of Financial Management (DFM). Her career has been focused in policy and analysis, most recently in the role as Budget Bureau Chief at DFM before joining the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
