Report Wildlife Concerns

The health of Idaho’s free-ranging wildlife and fish is an ongoing emphasis for Idaho Fish and Game.

Your reports of wildlife appearing sick or dead help us monitor wildlife health. Please let us know about out-of-the-ordinary conditions with animals you harvest or find.

When to use this form?

Use this form to report sick wildlife in non-emergency situations. It's especially helpful to report sick or dead wildlife with photos, or difficult to explain locations using this form.
