Overview Summary and Rationale

Decrease antlered tags across multiple hunts and weapon types in units 46 and 47. Declining success rates and bull quality coupled with anecdotal observations of fewer elk by field staff and sportsmen indicate a decrease in opportunity is warranted. Hunt Area description update to align with 2022 Unit boundary changes.
