Overview Summary and Rationale
The zone is above objective for bulls based on the 2021 abundance survey. Proposing to reallocate 105 of the antlered tags from eliminated hunts (140 total) across multiple units and weapon types in Units 43, 44, 45, and 48. Reallocation will maintain some opportunity while recognizing tag reductions will be needed in the future to account for projected lower rates of bull recruitment.
