Upper Snake Fishing Report Available

The Upper Snake Region has released its second fisheries report summarizing the past year. The report includes stories about fishing and fishery management in Henrys Lake and the South Fork of the Snake River and other parts of the Upper Snake Regions. It includes updates on mountain whitefish in the Big Lost River drainage, and on the stocking program in mountain lakes in that drainage. There's a piece about radio-tagging 30 fish to help biologists understand seasonal movements and habitat use in Henrys Lake. The report also includes a good news-bad news story on an increase in cutthroat as well as rainbow trout in the South Fork of the Snake River.
