Second Tags Go On Sale August 28

Idaho residents or nonresidents may buy a second deer or elk tag if the nonresident quota of tags does not sell out by August 28. The date for sale of these second tags has been September 1. The Idaho Fish and Game Commission changed the date at its last meeting in Boise in March because some hunts begin before September 1. Residents as well as nonresidents pay the nonresident price for these general hunt tags.
