Piles of Compost Information Offered

The basics of composting will be demonstrated in a special MK Nature Center program September 27. Jennie Rylee, Education Coordinator for Boise City Public Works will be the presenter of this 90-minute program beginning at 10:30 a.m. A $3 donation is requested. The program will consist of an outdoor demonstration and indoor explanation of the fundamentals of successful composting including tools, types of containment and troubleshooting.
