May 4 Fish and Game Breakfast Forum Scheduled At Helm Restaurant

LEWISTON - Outdoor enthusiasts are invited to the monthly Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) breakfast meeting to be held on Tuesday May 4, beginning 6:30 a.m., at the Helm Restaurant in Lewiston. "We'll buy the coffee, and we hope local hunters and anglers bring their questions and comments," said Cal Groen, Clearwater Region Supervisor. IDFG personnel will present information concerning the current salmon, turkey and bear seasons, as well as other fish and wildlife-related topics will be discussed. Sportsmen's club representatives are also invited to give reports of their club's activities. The breakfasts are held the first Tuesday of each month at the Helm restaurant in Lewiston. They are open to anyone and are designed to stimulate informal discussion about wildlife issues in the Clearwater Region. The breakfasts run until 8:30 a.m., with coffee provided by Fish and Game.
