LAP Deadline Approaching

Idaho Department of Fish and Game will accept applications for Landowner Appreciation Permits until July 15. Applications received by the deadline will be entered in the random drawing for permits, which will be weighted to allow one chance for each 640 acres of eligible property to each applicant. Only written applications from registered landowners will be accepted and must be accompanied by a $6.25 fee for each species for each permit. Personal checks or money orders are acceptable. Successful applicants who apply by July 15 will be notified by mail no later than August 15. Successful applicants can purchase permits and tags at any hunting license vendor. Tag fees will not be accepted with applications. Applications for leftover permits will be accepted beginning August 15.
