Idaho Fish And Game Commission To Meet In Panhandle Region

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will be holding a regular meeting in Bonners Ferry in July. The event will open with a public hearing on July 9 from 7-9pm at the Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge, west of Bonners Ferry. The public will have the opportunity to address the Commission with thoughts or concerns at the public hearing. The Commission meeting will be July 10 (8-5pm) and July 11 (8-12) at the Kootenai River Inn on Hwy 95, just south of the Kootenai River. On the agenda for the Commission to consider is the release of bighorn sheep tags for auction and lottery. The agenda will also include a discussion of the expenditure of Animal Damage Control Funds, and a discussion of legislative proposals for the next legislative session.
