Hunters And Anglers Invited to Fish and Game Breakfast

LEWISTON - The Idaho Department of Fish and Game encourages all wildlife enthusiasts to attend a Sportsmen's Breakfast meeting to be held at the Helm Restaurant in Lewiston beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2. "We'll buy the coffee, and we hope local hunters and anglers bring their questions and comments," said Cal Groen, Clearwater Region Supervisor. Fish and Game will report on the wildlife depredation program, upcoming steelhead season, big game season outlook, upland bird prospects and enforcement activities. The breakfasts are held the first Tuesday of each month at the Helm restaurant in Lewiston and are designed to stimulate informal discussion about wildlife issues in the Clearwater Region. Sportsmen's group representatives are welcome to give reports of their group's activities. The breakfasts run until 8:30 a.m., with coffee provided by Fish and Game.
