Houndsmen, Store Donate to Hunter Education

The Idaho Houndsmen Association, with the help of the Boise Sportsman's Warehouse, recently donated rifles to the hunter education program. The association, which promotes the interests of hunting with hounds in Idaho, donated four .22 rifles to hunter education. The Houndsmen obtained the rifles from Sportsman's Warehouse. The outdoor store has previously aided the hunter education program in Idaho, but this is the first time for the hound hunter group. Houndsmen Association Vice President Ray Waterbury said his group, though small in number, wants to do whatever it can to "promote youth participation and keep the sport going."
