Fish Fest Planned for Free Fishing Day

The Morrison Knudsen Nature Center, in conjunction with Park Center Pond, plans a Fish Fest from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Free Fishing Day, Saturday June 10. Learn to fish at Park Center Pond and then visit the Nature Center for fun, hands-on activities the whole family can enjoy. Activities include fish painting, fly-tying demonstrations, and more. Admission is free. The Nature Center is behind Fish and Game at 600 S. Walnut, a 10 minute walk from Park Center Pond on Park Center Boulevard. For information call the Nature Center at 334-2225.
