Native Fish at the Morrison Knudsen Nature Center will be the subject of presentations June 17 and 18. Want to know more about the fish species you see through the Nature Center viewing windows or in your favorite fishing hole? In presentations at noon and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 17 and 18, participants will learn about native fish by getting up close and personal with them. The presentations are open to all ages and will be at the Nature Center's large Alpine Lake window. A Father's Day Gyotaku presentation will run from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday June 18 in the Nature Center courtyard. Have you ever painted a fish? Make a fish print with your dad for Fathers Day. Using the Japanese art of gyotaku, you can use a fish to make a personalized art project. Participation is free.
