Don't Wait to Pick Up Deer Tags

Deer hunters are reminded to pick up tags well before the opening date of their season to avoid frustration at the vendors. Tags can be purchased at about 400 private license vendors or at Idaho Fish and Game offices statewide. Last minute purchases have caused problems for hunters and the computerized vending system when the volume of transactions has been too high.
