Idaho Fish and Game

Commission to Meet in Twin Falls

idfg-staff
The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will meet at the Weston Plaza in Twin Falls July 10 at 10:00 a.m. A public hearing will be held at the same location at 7:00 p.m. the previous evening. Anything of a fish and wildlife nature may be the topic for comments at the hearing, not just items officially on the agenda. This meeting, with a Monday public hearing and Tuesday open session, is a departure from the regular Wednesday - Friday procedure. The Tuesday morning meeting actually will begin at 7:00 a.m., but the commission plans to go immediately to executive session and be in open session, where the public can attend, at 10:00 a.m. Topics on the agenda include release of bighorn sheep tags for lottery and auction, setaside of mule deer controlled hunt tags for landowners in units 40, 41, 42 and 56 and review of legislative proposals for 2002.
