Commission to Meet in Driggs

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission will meet at the Super 8 Teton West Motel in Driggs from August 8-10, beginning at 9:00 a.m. There will be a public hearing at the same location at 7:00 p.m. August 8. The Commission will review deer and elk management programs August 8, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will recess at 5:00 p.m. and reconvene with the public hearing. Any topic having to do with fish and game may be brought before the Commission at the public hearing, not just those on the agenda. Items on the agenda besides the big game management review include approval of waterfowl seasons for firearms and falconry and the fiscal year 2003 budget request.
