Commission to Consider Big Game Seasons

Big game hunters may want to set aside some time in the first week of March, when the Idaho Fish and Game Commission is expected to set the seasons for big game hunts. The Boise meeting, March 5-7, will be at Fish and Game headquarters, 600 S. Walnut St. Commissioners are expected to set seasons for deer, elk, pronghorn, bear and mountain lion. They also will get a legislative update and provide budget direction for the 2010 fiscal year. Public comment will be taken at 7 p.m., March 5, in the Double Tree Riverside, 2900 Chinden Boulevard, Boise.
