Q. What's the cutoff date for buying muzzleloader stamps? I can't find it in the regs.
A. There is no cutoff date any more, so that is why you do not see it mentioned in the proclamation brochure. The cutoff date for muzzleloader permits was eliminated several years ago. The cutoff date for archery permits was eliminated also.
