Q. I am a resident, and heard I can buy nonresident deer and elk tags. What's the deal?
A. Beginning August 28, any unsold nonresident deer and elk tags will be available for use as a second tag. They sell at regular nonresident tag prices, whether sold to a resident or a nonresident. There are plenty of nonresident deer and elk tags available.
