Q. Is it true that I will be charged a fee to make my mandatory hunter report before I can buy a license?
A. The fee for the report will be implemented in April 2004. Those who have not turned in their hunter harvest report by this date will be charged $1.50 for each report not completed. The fee will be charged at license vendors, over the telephone, or through the Internet when a license, tag, permit, or application is purchased.
