Q. I understand that if I buy a leftover moose tag now, it won't count against my lifetime moose limit. But I killed a moose in 1987; am I eligible for another one on a leftover tag?
A. Yes, you are. The new rule exempts all consideration of the once-in-a lifetime rule in the case of leftover tags.
